Staff Canteen Chef Manager, Tate Britain
We are looking for an enthusiastic Staff Canteen Chef Manager to join our friendly team at Tate Britain. This long‑term, full‑time position requires a reliable, consistent individual who can work flexible hours over a five‑day week in a back‑of‑house setting.
Responsibilities
* Prepare the food for the staff canteen and manage its service during meal periods with your team.
* Adhere to H&S, F&H and allergen standards.
* Take stock and order supplies.
* Use computers for administrative duties.
* Communicate clearly face‑to‑face with clients and colleagues to build strong relationships.
Qualifications
* Experience in kitchen or food service management.
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards.
* Strong team‑working and communication skills.
* Computer literacy.
