We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated kitchen assistant and Front-of-House Staff to join our vibrant team. Responsibilities
* Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
* Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are met.
* Assist with meal preparation and food preparation, adhering to food safety standards.
* Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of dishes served.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including dining spaces and serving stations.
* Handle catering needs ensuring all details are executed flawlessly.
* Support cooking tasks, contributing to a cohesive team environment.
* Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
* Reliability and commitment to work are a must.
Skills
* Previous kitchen experience is highly desirable, particularly supporting the chef.
* Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
* Familiarity with meal preparation and food preparation techniques will be advantageous.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members alike.
