Job Overview
Reporting to the Brand Manager and working as part of a team of 4 Sales Executives, a Fleet/B2B Sales Executive and a Business Manager, as a Used Car Sales Executive you will be required to sell used vehicles, accessories, finance, finance‑related products and warranties to reach and exceed targets. This team is on track to do around 1000 units this year, therefore making this position very busy and exciting! You will keep customers informed of delivery progress, advise them of any delays that may occur, resolve any queries that may arise and collect payment from customers before releasing their new car. Used Car Sales Executives must explain the warranty, service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Service Department team, demonstrate the car features and offer any other support that may be required.
Responsibilities
* Sell used vehicles, accessories, finance and warranty products to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Communicate delivery progress and advise customers of any delays.
* Resolve customer queries and collect payment before vehicle release.
* Explain warranty and service arrangements, introduce the customer to the Service Department team and demonstrate the car features.
* Offer additional support as required.
Qualifications
* Strong and stable new or used car sales experience, preferably within a franchise‑approved dealer environment.
* Desire to produce results, commitment to excellence and ability to build outstanding customer relationships.
* Brand‑focused, independent, energetic and committed to seeking every sales opportunity.
* UK driving licence with minimal points.
* Ideally live in and around the Treforest region or within a reasonable commuting distance.

* Basic salary: £18,000 per annum.
* On‑target earnings (OTE): £45,800+ annual uncapped.
