Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the trade sales environment.
o Effectively promote and sell the company's suite of products, including tools, software, subscriptions, training courses, and tuning files, to prospective dealers.
o Build robust relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.
o Ensure smooth onboarding of new dealers, providing comprehensive support and guidance throughout the process.
Account Management:
o Manage a portfolio of existing dealers, ensuring consistent engagement to foster loyalty and drive satisfaction.
o Monitor dealer performance against predefined key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
o Proactively upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to existing clients, aligning with their evolving business requirements.
o Address and resolve any account issues promptly to maintain long-term relationships.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
o Regularly analyse account data to track trends, performance, and opportunities for growth.
o Prepare and present reports on sales performance, account activity, and key achievements to stakeholders.
Product Expertise & Training:
o Stay updated on the company's latest products, services, and industry trends to act as a trusted advisor for dealers.
o Assist in delivering training and support to both Client and Master trade customers, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the company's offerings.
Collaboration & Strategy:
o Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical support, to align efforts and achieve shared goals.
o Contribute to the development of strategies aimed at expanding market share and enhancing the overall dealer experience.
Shipment of goods:
o Make sure that products are delivered to trade customers
o Assist the Inventory and Parts Specialist in coordinating audits
o Arrange shipments when the Inventory and Parts Specialist is unavailable
o Offer customer service support and act as a liaison with courier companies
From Quotations to Payment Processing:
o Generate quotations
o Issue invoices
o Handle payment processing
o Create purchase orders as needed

Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sales, account management, or a related area, ideally within the automotive or aftermarket trade industry.
· Knowledge of ECU remapping and associated products/services is a considerable advantage.
· Skilled in using CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.
· Proficient in MS Office applications.
· Experienced with ZOHO Books accounting software.
· Familiar with ZOHO CRM Plus database.
· Strong telephone handling skills and experience.
· Background in sales and customer care.
· Excellent interpersonal abilities.
· Effective time management skills.
· Strong organizational capabilities.
· Outstanding communication skills.
· Good presentation skills are a plus.
· Detail-oriented and process-focused.
