We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to support the Digital Marketing Manager in delivering effective digital marketing and content activity that meets the evolving commercial needs of the business. This role will take ownership of CRM marketing across Inspired Villages, including email, print and targeted nurture journeys, helping drive customer engagement, lead generation and retention.
Inspired Villages is a market‑leading retirement living provider, creating vibrant communities where residents can live well and stay connected. The role is based at our Head Office in Edwalton and reports directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, working closely with teams across the business to support awareness, engagement and commercial performance.
The Role
* Support the delivery of annual digital marketing plans, ensuring activity aligns with wider business and commercial objectives.
* Assist the Digital Marketing Manager with reporting and analysis of digital marketing performance, using insights to inform ongoing optimisation.
* Work closely with internal specialists and external agencies to ensure digital marketing activity is effectively deployed, tracked, managed and optimised to maximise return on investment.
* Manage and maintain the email marketing database, developing effective nurture journeys and automated email flows.
* Design, build and deliver email campaigns in line with the agreed email marketing plan, reporting on performance, effectiveness and impact.
* Deliver print CRM activity to ensure contacts are nurtured and engaged, encouraging them to find out more about Inspired.
* Manage and maintain national organic social media channels, including Facebook and Instagram, ensuring content is engaging, consistent and on brand.
Key Requirements
* Experience of working with CRM databases, gained through a previous role or relevant academic study.
* Experience in building and sending email campaigns using CRM or email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
* Working knowledge of social media channels, particularly Facebook, with an understanding of how organic content supports engagement and brand awareness.
* A strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including key platforms, portals and marketing technologies.
