An opportunity has arisen for a Sales Administrator to join a successful independent estate agency in Woking.
This role is key to supporting the Sales team and maintaining efficient day‑to‑day office operations. You’ll be working in a fast‑paced environment where organisation, accuracy, and teamwork are essential.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
* Providing administrative support to the Sales team
* Managing property files and ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date
* Handling enquiries via phone and email
* Coordinating appointments and maintaining diaries
* Preparing sales documents and marketing materials
* Liaising with clients, buyers, and third parties
* Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal processes
* Supporting the smooth running of the office on a daily basis
