Salary: £44,485 - £52,521 Inc HCAS per annum pro rata
Responsibilities
* The post holder will help to support where needed in the Community Dietetics services. This will involve supporting patients either in their own homes, care/nursing homes or in a clinic type setting.
* The caseload could include Home Enteral Feeding patients, nutrition support patients and general out-patient clinics. The role includes support, assessment, and on-going reviews.
* Car driver would be essential for this role, though the role will be a mix of on-site, remote and patient visit types of working.

We are currently looking for an Adult Community Dietitian to join our friendly and dynamic teams in a bank position. We provide Community Dietetics Services across Bromley, Bexley and Lewisham boroughs. We are patient focused and thrive on providing quality care.

The Dietetic teams are made up of Community Specialist Dietitians, Specialist Nutrition Nurses and Dietetic Assistant Practitioners. Within Bromley Healthcare there is good network of Community Dietitians from Bexley, Bromley (both adults and children\'s teams) and Lewisham which helps support shared learning and CPD. Bromley Healthcare, as a community interest company, offers an extensive array of services ranging from community nursing, including district nursing and health visiting, to specialised nursing care, along with therapy services catering to individuals across various age groups.
