Service Manager LOCATION: Basingstoke SALARY: £28,753DURATION:PermanentHOURS: 37.5 hrs per week Day-to-day duties:
1. Lead the staff teams to provide expert support for people who have been sleeping rough and those in supported housing in identifying and progressing their strengths and personal goals.
2. Improve service delivery based on feedback from clients, partners, and staff.
3. Reflect the organisation’s high priority for client empowerment by identifying and promoting opportunities across all areas of decision making, emphasising effective risk assessment over risk elimination.
4. Provide strategic leadership for a service that is designed to provide intensive, person-centred support and reduce rough sleeping in Basingstoke, working closely with commissioners and partners to achieve this.
5. Attend relevant meetings with Commissioners and make presentations about the services to a diverse range of audiences.
