Job Description

Our client in the global professional services industry is looking for an IT Support Engineer to provide technical assistance and maintenance across production and development systems. The role involves supporting software products and configured services running on multiple platforms, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional customer service to end users.
* Provideongoing technical support and maintenance for production and development systems, both remotely and onsite, ensuring optimal performance and system availability.
* Deliverhardware and software support while implementing technology solutions at the operating system level across server and network environments.
* HandleLevel 1 and Level 2 troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Built and configured new laptops, including executing imaging processes and system setups for end users.
* Managemobile device support, including iOS and Android platforms.
* Providebasic printer support and peripheral device troubleshooting.
* Maintainclear communication with internal stakeholders to deliver effective customer service and timely issue resolution.
Qualifications
* Proven technical understanding of diverse IT infrastructure environments.
* Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office suite.
* Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve desktop hardware issues.
* Familiarity with imaging tools and deployment processes.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Experience in mobile device and printer support.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
