Summary
Our client who is a Lloyds Brokers is looking for an Client Handler to join the expanding Private Clients / HNW team in the Witham, Essex office. The purpose of the role is to deal with a mixed portfolio of Private Clients insurances.
Main Duties :
* Dealing with HNW risks including (but not limited to) Household, Motor, Art, and Travel
* Handling new and existing clients
* Deal with new business, renewals and MTAs, ensuring they are corrected processed
* Prepare and issue insurance documentation
* Meeting with clients as and when needed
* Ensure customer details are recorded accurately and entered onto system in a timely fashion.
* Confirm cover with relevant insurers, process policies and chase up outstanding documentation when required
* Managing the issuance of clients certificates
* Deal with account queries
Essential Skills Required :
* Previous experience within a similar Insurance role
* Strong knowledge of all types of HNW / Private Clients insurances
* Good IT skills
Desirable :
* Good organisation skills
* Strong communication skills
