Dementia Connector

Location: Swansea & Neath area (home, office and community based)

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract Until 31st March 2027

Hours: 35 hrs per week

Salary: £23,580 to £25,155 per annum pro-rata

British Red Cross is on the lookout for a dynamic and proactive individual to lead an exciting project aimed at supporting individuals with dementia and their families throughout the region.

Could you champion the seamless delivery of a project for individuals with dementia and their family members?

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of in your community empowering them to navigate challenges?

This unique role calls for someone with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, a knack for motivating others, and an understanding of the diverse challenges faced by individuals with Dementia and their families.
