Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Car Preparation Supervisor to oversee the efficient preparation of vehicles for sale and delivery. You will manage the end-to-end process, ensuring all cars meet quality, safety, and presentation standards.
Responsibilities
* Supervise vehicle preparation, including cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs.
* Manage workflow to meet deadlines and maximise efficiency.
* Coordinate with sales, service, and logistics teams.
* Maintain quality control standards and compliance with regulations.
* Monitor stock levels of materials and equipment.
* Lead, train, and motivate the preparation team.
Requirements
* Proven experience in automotive preparation, workshop control, or similar role.
* Strong leadership and organisational skills.
* Attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
