A consultative, solution-driven approach to client management. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, comfortable engaging with senior-level decision-makers. Self-motivation, ambition, and a genuine desire to learn and grow. An understanding of how organisations operate, ideally within engineering, manufacturing, or infrastructure, but we welcome applicants from all technical backgrounds.
