You will be expected:
* To ensure departments and Clinical Leads prioritize safety, effectiveness, and patient experience, with appropriate clinical governance processes in place.
* Work within the Tri arrangement with the Divisional Director, Divisional Director of Nursing, and Clinical Leads to ensure effective teamwork.
* Engage with commissioners on service redesign and transformation.
* Collaborate with Executive Directors and Associate Medical Directors to deliver high-standard services within budget.
