School Administrative Assistant – SEN Education Setting Location: West London Area Contract: Part-Time, Term Time Only (36 hours/week) Start Date: September 2025 Salary: Scale 3, Point 5–6 (Dependent on experience and qualifications) A warm and inclusive special education setting in West London is seeking a proactive and well-organised Administrative Assistant to join its busy and supportive admin team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys fast-paced, people-focused work and wants to be part of a purposeful school community that supports children with special educational needs. About the Role: You will play a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the school office. Responsibilities include supporting the front desk, managing key administrative systems, liaising with families and professionals, and supporting internal staff processes such as leave administration and financial paperwork.
