A dynamic property company in Rotherham, S60 is seeking a Temporary Receptionist to support the team and provide exceptional service to their clients.
Contract Details:
1. Contract Type: Temporary
2. Location: Rotherham, S60
3. Duration: Ad Hoc - 5th and 6th Nov
4. Pay Rate: £12.60 hourly rate
5. Hours: 8:30am-5pm
Key Responsibilities:
6. Greeting visitors with a warm smile and directing them to the appropriate personnel
7. Answering incoming calls and managing inquiries effectively
8. Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area
9. Handling correspondence and administrative tasks as needed ️
10. Supporting the team with various tasks to ensure smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
11. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour
12. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
13. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
14. Previous reception or customer service experience is a plus!
15. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn
