Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Southampton, once per quarter)

Outsource UK is partnering with a well-established and growing UK banking group to find a highly motivated Conduct Risk Manager to join their SME Lending team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional ready to make a tangible impact on customer outcomes and operational resilience in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee operational risk events within SME Lending, ensuring they are recorded, investigated, and actions are efficiently implemented.
* Deliver and embed the Conduct Risk framework across SME Lending.
* Prepare and submit reports for the Operational Risk and Customer & Conduct Committees.
* Support the business in completing conduct-related and assurance actions within deadlines.
