Are you ready to transform facilities management? MRI aims to redefine training delivery to FM providers through innovative solutions. We seek a dynamic, enthusiastic, and experienced training consultant to join our growing Professional Services team and make a real impact.

Key responsibilities include:
* Deliver pre-defined and ad-hoc training on MRI’s FM products.
* Maintain client contact throughout the training lifecycle.
* Evaluate and review training materials for quality and effectiveness.
* Stay current with product updates and FM industry news.
* Provide advice and support to clients to promote best practices.
* Escalate risks, issues, and complaints as needed.
* Manage workload within project timelines.
* Share knowledge and guide colleagues.
* Achieve personal and team objectives.
* Follow MRI practices and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
* Deep knowledge of facilities management processes, regulations, and industry standards.
* Experience as a training consultant in FM software or as a software trainer.
* Strong communication and presentation skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
* Flexibility to work additional hours and travel within the UK and globally.
