About The Role
We are looking for a compassionate, enthusiastic, and dedicated Life Practitioner to join our team at Kisimul Group. You will provide essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs, helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting with daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.
We provide a company vehicle for transport to community activities such as shopping, meals, appointments, and outings. To drive the company vehicle you must have held a full UK driver’s licence or have been driving in the UK for 2 years or more.
Starting rates for those without experience are £12.31 and for those with experience it’s £12.60. New Entry - £12.31, Level 1 - £12.60, Level 2 - £13.10, Level 3 £13.60. You will have the opportunity to enhance your skills through our competency framework, unlocking pathways to increased hourly rates of pay.
