We’re recruiting for a Finance Operations Change Manager to join us on a 9 month FTC. We’re offering acompetitive base salary plus car allowance and excellent benefits package. What you'll be doing:
1. Playing a key role in the finance transformation team focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and process improvements
2. Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to develop new and efficient processes and support growth in new business areas
3. Identifying operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance processes
4. Monitoring efficiency and ensuring teams are meeting key Service Level Agreements
5. Leading innovative solutions to drive forward efficiency and change programmes
Qualifications Who we're looking for:
6. Ideally you will have a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualification preferred
7. A track record of delivering success in project and operational management ensuring lessons are learnt and communicated at the end of the project
8. Experience and understanding of process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
9. Ability to interact with senior stakeholders to support projects and bring about positive change
10. A background in financial services
