We’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to join our Thames Water Mogden STW team based in Isleworth, Twickenham.
Location and Hours
Location: Twickenham, London. Fly in, fly out; if you’re open to working away from home then we’ll cover costs of staying away.
Hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours may be available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.
As a Senior Delivery Manager, you’ll provide visible leadership across construction and engineering activities at Mogden Sewage Treatment Works. You will oversee multiple workstreams in a complex operational environment, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and without compromising treatment operations or environmental compliance.
Responsibilities
* Lead multiple workstreams including civil, mechanical, electrical, and process upgrades within a live treatment environment.
* Ensure projects are delivered to programme, cost, quality, and performance targets.
* Champion a zero-harm culture and ensure robust management of high-risk activities.
* Build trusted relationships with the client, site operations teams, and alliance partners.
* Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary management team.
Qualifications
* Extensive senior management experience within wastewater, utilities, or complex infrastructure construction.
* Proven track record of delivering works in live operational environments.
* Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and positive site culture.
* Experience working under NEC contracts and regulated client frameworks.
* Collaborative, trusted, and focused on continuous improvement.
