We are seeking a newly qualified dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic and supportive Therapy Reablement Service. About you… Qualified Occupational Therapist Health and Care Professions Council registration Strong communication skills and good interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Awareness and understanding of safeguarding principles and the Care Act 2014 About the role… You will be working within our 7-Day Therapy led Reablement Team which includes health partners and our in-house home care provider. Using a strength-based approach you will undertake holistic assessments by working with individuals to develop personalized goals and Reablement plans aimed at maintaining and maximizing their independence. Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants providing support and guidance and well as offering profession specific guidance to Social Work colleagues. Please refer to the Job description for further information about the role. The successful applicant for this post will be subject to an enhanced check by the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS). The costs for the DBS are paid by us. Interviews will be held week commencing 30 June 2025. Exact date to be confirmed.
