A Service Delivery Coordinator is needed to support a leading technology-communication provider.Are you ready for your next professional adventure?Your new roleWe have an opportunity for a Service Delivery Coordinator to join our client’s team.Contract: 6 MonthsLocation: Maxim Park OfficeHours: 40, Monday to FridayResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional service throughout the delivery of their project, maintaining regular contact and providing timely updates throughout the delivery cycle.Identifies risks and takes ownership for resolving issues that impact on the customer order, facilitating between departments to resolve problems, to find mutually acceptable solutions for the customer and the business.Delivers against Provisioning KPI s and influences and negotiates with other support departments to ensure they also deliver to agreed SLA s.Report on any failures, and feedback to relevant parties as well as conducting root cause analysis and quality checks.Accurate and timely entry of customer orders onto the relevant Provisioning systems, and monitors progress throughout delivery cycle, highlights any issues and proactively identifies solutions to deliver within agreed timescales.Responsible for 2nd line escalations, understands and uses the escalation process effectively to resolve customer issues.Ensure the accuracy of technical information by liaising with internal and external customers, and suppliers.Provide technical support to Provisioning Representatives to assist them in managing their own order portfolio, which may involve training and coaching, taking responsibility for more complex orders, attending customer calls and driving them to meet KPI s.What you’ll need to succeed:Excellent negotiation skillsUnderstanding of product and delivery mechanismsUnderstanding of and passion for delivery of excellent service to internal and external customers Experience of working in a Business to Business telecoms environment, ideally working on a range of technologies covering voice, data, and IP services.Excellent communication skills and ability to influence others to get the right result for the customerAbility to negotiate and manage & control difficult situationsWhat you need to do nowOur client is looking to an interview immediately, so apply today or call us on 0116 2615000 to speak with one of our Talent Acquisition Specialists!If this role does not meet your requirements but you know of someone else who would be interested, please send my details across to them.
