Key Responsibilities
1. Property Sales Management
* Assist in converting valuation leads into instructions.
* Oversee the sales process from instruction to offer acceptance.
* Handling enquiries, viewings (follow ups, unconfirmed), and negotiations.

2. Client Relationship Management
* Act as a key point of contact for vendors and buyers.
* Ensure professional, timely, and transparent communications throughout the sales process.
* Resolve issues or complaints where escalated.
3. Compliance & Best Practice
* Ensure compliance with AML regulations and company procedures.
* Maintain accurate property records and client documentation.
* Work closely with the Branch Manager on updates.
4. Sales Performance Reporting
* Provide weekly sales pipeline updates to the Directors.
* Monitor and report on conversion rates, offers agreed, and new instructions.
* Support the Directors in identifying performance trends and areas for improvement.
Education & Experience
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in estate agency or residential property sales.
* Experience in managing or mentoring a small team is preferred.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills
* Proficient in CRM systems (preferably Street).
* Familiar with major property portals (e.g. Rightmove, On the Market).
* Good understanding of sales compliance and property transaction processes.
