This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take their first step into project management, or to build on existing experience within a fast-paced environment working with major retail brands. Key Duties Act as the main point of contact for Account and Project Managers regarding freight and logistics movements. Coordinate between suppliers, internal teams, and customers to ensure smooth delivery. Track stock movement across China, Europe, and the UK. Ensure materials are delivered on time and to required specifications. Provide transport quotes and liaise with key stakeholders. Key Activities Maintain and update stock records using Microsoft Excel. Support delivery of retail fit-out and installation projects. Work collaboratively with multiple departments to meet client expectations. Communicate effectively across supply chain and logistics functions. Provide administrative and project support across multiple accounts. Requirements Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data. Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented. Excellent communication skills. Previous logistics or supply chain experience is desirable but not essential. Willingness to learn and develop within the role.
