Our client based in the Northwest is a well-established company working within the large format print, signage and event branding sectors. They are now looking to recruit an experienced Account Manager / Estimator to join their busy and growing team.
Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
1. Manage account activity, engaging with clients and employees both internally and externally.
2. Develop and maintain client relationships at all levels by engaging with them via direct meetings, online meetings, email and phone.
3. Understand the needs and behaviours of your client, demonstrate an effective, accurate and proactive plan to manage expectations and meet their objectives.
4. Deliver projects on time and on budget regardless of value.
5. Attend client facing meetings if required.
6. Contribute and prepare performance content for account reviews.
7. Create all production instructions / works admin in line with client quotations and purchase orders.
Experience / Skills & Knowledge:
8. Experience of working in the Large Format, Signs and Graphics industry would be a distinct advantage although not essential.
9. Knowledge of working with a CRM.
10. Successful record in Customer Service focused roles (demonstrating adding value and account growth).
11. A good understanding of Microsoft office and CRM processes.
12. Experience working with a diverse range of market sectors.
13. Able to demonstrate commercial agility and risk awareness.
14. Good listening skills.
15. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
16. Able to negotiate.
17. Ability to create and build strong relationships both internally and externally.
