The Role
Hours: 22 hours per week (with 30 hours every fourth week)
Set Rota:
* Every Tuesday: 11am – 7pm
* Every Thursday: 3pm – 9pm
* Every Saturday: 9am – 5pm (with 1 Saturday off each month)
* Every other Friday: 11am – 7pm
* Pay: £13 per hour (£1248 per month) + tips + product commission + service commission (based on performance)
* Extra Hours: Overtime available for holiday/sickness cover, with the potential for permanent increased hours once your column is built.
What We're Looking For:
* NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a salon environment
* Strong skills in waxing, massage, gel manicures and pedicures
* A confident, proactive, and professional attitude
* A true team player who loves exceeding client expectations
* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends (own transport recommended due to location and hours)
