Role Overview
We are seeking a DipPFS-qualified and experienced Paraplanner to join our friendly and professional team. This role will provide maternity cover for 12 months, with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.
As a Paraplanner, you will play a key part in supporting our Advisers by preparing detailed suitability reports, conducting thorough research, and ensuring all recommendations are fully compliant and tailored to client needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare clear, accurate, and compliant suitability reports and recommendation letters.
* Conduct detailed product and fund research across pensions, investments, protection, and tax planning.
* Analyse client information to support financial strategies and recommendations.
* Liaise with Advisers, administrators, and product providers to gather required information.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, legislation, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
* DipPFS (Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning) or equivalent qualification.
* Proven experience as a Paraplanner in an IFA or wealth management environment.
* Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments, and protection planning.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with great attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.

Full time hours of work are 37.5 hours per week to be worked Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm. Part Time hours to be reviewed on an individual basis - 3 days minimum.

Pay: £36,000.00-£46,000.00 per year
