About the Role
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Floor Layer to join a busy and growing specialist flooring contractor operating across the North East. This role will focus on delivering high-quality resin, screed, and polyurethane (PU) flooring systems across commercial and industrial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation of resin flooring systems (epoxy, PU, etc.)
* Application of screeds including preparation and finishing
* Working with polyurethane (PU) flooring systems
* Subfloor preparation - grinding, priming, levelling
* Delivering high-quality finishes in line with project specifications
* Working across a range of commercial and industrial sites
* Adhering to health & safety standards at all times
Requirements
* Proven experience in resin flooring, screeding, and PU systems
* Strong understanding of surface preparation and application techniques
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* High attention to detail and strong work ethic
* CSCS card (preferred) xsngvjr
* Full UK driving licence (preferred)
