We’re working exclusively with this well-established Real Estate investor who has recently secured significant funding, making growth a top priority!
This role has been created as a direct result of this growth and offers an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly expanding business over the next 24 months and beyond.
You’ll need experience in property / real estate investment funds, as we require someone to establish several new fund structures from a financial and operational perspective.
* Partner with the MD and CEO to establish several new institutional funds
* Lead the structuring of these funds and appoint appropriate third-party service providers
* Implement a best-in-class finance function, including FP&A, financial reporting, and tax
* Leverage technology to enhance commercial and performance reporting capabilities
* Lead and develop an existing team, with plans to increase team size
* Manage external banking relationships and oversee funding requirements as the business grows
* Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting activities
* As the business scales, lead strategic growth initiatives such as outsourcing, operational structuring, and building a team 'fit for growth'

Essential Experience Needed:
* Proven experience as a Finance Director
* Fully qualified accountant with experience in real estate fund management
* Ideally, experience in institutional credit
* Passion for leading and developing teams
* Experience in setting up new fund structures
* Strong operational and strategic finance expertise – this role is not solely reporting
* Enthusiasm and passion for building a successful business
* Confidence balanced with humility
