Responsibilities
:
1. Installation of hosted and/or on-premise telecommunication solutions
2. Maintenance of hosted and/or on-premise telecommunication solutions.
3. Delivery of Moves, Additions and Changes of hosted and/or on-premise telecommunication solutions.
4. Installation and maintenance of edge network devices (Routers, Switches etc).
5. Diagnostics and fault finding.
6. Site surveys and audits, remote or on-site including collation and recording of customer requirements.
7. Ensure customer is kept up to date during any remote or on-site interactions.
8. Delivering bespoke customer systems and/or solutions training.
9. Accurate labelling of installed equipment.
10. Work to company quality standards and best practice recommendations.
11. Leaving customer equipment in a secure state.
12. Provide customer with a security check list where required.
13. Record Voice recordings for Auto Attendant if required
Qualifications
14. Excellent communication skills – both internal and client-facing.
15. Excellent analytical skills.
16. Team working.
17. Problem solving.
18. Microsoft Office.
19. Knowledge of legacy PBX systems advantageous (, Panasonic, LG, Samsung etc)
20. Knowledge of Gamma hosted solutions and applications preferred.
21. Good understanding of edge networks.
22. CAT5/6 Cabling experience advantageous
