Our service currently caters for children and young people from the age of 6 to 17 years old and can accommodate up to 3 young people with emotional and behavioural challenges. We have a good core team and need the right leader to drive this team forward as we move towards expanding.
This position is for someone who truly cares about the lived experience for the young people and who wish to make a difference to their lives. As the registered manager of the home, you will be responsible for ensuring that the home and the care provided is of a high standard and that all legislative requirements are met. - Minimum of 3 years experience within a residential setting, including a period of time overseeing staff.
- A full clean driving license.
- Previous experience of being registered by Ofsted would be advantageous but not essential.
