We work with adults with diverse care and support needs, undertaking assessments such as Care Act and Mental Capacity Act, Court of Protection applications, and safeguarding enquiries.

About You
We welcome applications from both experienced and newly qualified social workers who meet professional standards and hold registration with Social Work England.
You should have strong literacy and communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strengths-based approach focusing on individuals' outcomes. Collaboration and flexibility are key qualities we value.
A full UK driving license is required; however, reasonable adjustments will be made for applicants with disabilities.

This role requires an Enhanced Disclosure check and registration with Social Work England. It is a customer-facing position, and applicants must demonstrate sufficient spoken English/Welsh proficiency as per statutory requirements.
We also invite applications from registered nurses and occupational therapists with relevant experience for our Community Practitioner roles, contingent on their professional registration (e.g., HCPC, NMC).
