The successful Brand and Communications Manager will lead brand strategy, identity, and positioning, ensuring every touchpoint strengthens the company’s market position while remaining hands‑on in producing high‑quality brand and communications output.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Enforce the brand strategy, identity, and architecture
* Lead market positioning initiatives to differentiate the company in a competitive landscape
* Manage a multi-tiered brand hierarchy, ensuring coherence internally and externally
* Oversee audience segmentation and develop comms plans for a range of stakeholder groups
* Ensure consistent and effective comms across internal and external channels (e.g. press releases, digital and printed copy, internal comms) while adapting tone, style, and format to audience needs
