NEFFSVILLE PLUMBING - Lancaster PA
The Plumbing Service Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing used for water distribution and wastewater disposal. Performs a variety of services ranging from faucet repairs to water heater installations and plumbing systems replacements for residential customers while maintaining the highest level of customer service.

Essential Job Functions:
* Complete plumbing, drain cleaning and other related in-home, service calls.
* Educate and assist customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
* Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.
* Work alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
* Train and mentor apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations.
Qualifications:
* Candidates to be considered will have at least 2+ years of residential plumbing service experience; Journeyman's License .
* Ability to drive a company service truck safely at all times and to maintain a clean driving record.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to make sound business decisions
* Excellent written and verbal communication and listening skills.
* Excellent time management skills
* Ability to sell services to customers effectively and satisfactorily; assist the customer in choosing the best service option and products and strive to win referrals and repeat business.
* Ability to maintain a clean, organized job site
* Ability to maintain a well-inventoried truck
* Honesty and trustworthiness in dealing with customers
* Demonstrate sound work ethic
* Ability to work a varying schedule depending on the company’s needs; work off-shift with minimal notice if required, including holidays and weekends
* Ability to participate in training sessions and company meetings
* Accuracy and timely invoicing, timesheets other daily paperwork
* Knowledge of local plumbing codes.
* Proven track record in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repair.
* Clean, safe driving record.

Experience/ Education:
* High School Diploma or equivalent required, technical schooling .
