Job Title: Senior UX Visual Designer
Location: 6 Pancras Sq, London N1C 4AG
Mode of working: Hybrid (3 Days in the Office and 2 days is Remote)
Duration: 12+ Months
Key responsibilities of the role:
* Conceptualize and execute visual designs for web and mobile applications.
* Develop and maintain design systems and style guides.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate requirements into visual designs.
Top Hard Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in design, Visual Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
* 5+ years of professional experience in visual design, interaction design, or a related field.
* Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
* A strong portfolio demonstrating visual design skills and a user-centered approach.
Top 3 Soft Skills:
* Experience working within established design systems and brand guidelines.
* Experience designing for accessibility and inclusivity.
* Knowledge of front-end development principles.
