Your new role Engagement: Confidently interact with people face-to-face when out engaging. Be the first point of contact for incoming emails: Confidently use Outlook and manage multiple mailboxes. Confidently handle calls from the public regarding enquiries and concerns. Handle challenging calls: Confidently manage difficult callers. Use Microsoft Word and Excel: Confidently use MS packages. Data entry and management using CRM systems. Analyse data: Confidently identify trends and create reports.
