We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Community Staff Nurse to work within the Lower Annandale Community Nursing Team, delivering quality nursing care to housebound patients 24 hours per day.
This post is part‑time, 30 hours per week, and is fixed term until 14 September 2026.
As part of this role you will work within an ever‑changing environment alongside the multidisciplinary Home Team, including Allied Health Professionals, Social Services and Public Health Improvement.
This role may involve clinic and home visits in remote and rural areas.

Qualifications
* Experience working within a community setting is preferred but not essential.
* A current driving licence is an essential requirement.
