About The Role:
The People Partner is a valued and intrinsic member of the regional operations team, partnering with the Regional Director and Operations Managers to deliver the people agenda across multiple sites and support the region in delivering its strategy, growth goals, operational excellence and quality performance via its amazing staff
It’s also part of a friendly and collaborative People team of Business Partners and functional specialists / CoE’s to tap into. The People team gels together to drive a positive and inclusive culture and deliver an innovative People Plan. There are lots of challenges and opportunities on the agenda for 2025/6:

About you
You’ll be an exceptional People Partner, CIPD qualified and:
* A multi-site HR Generalist in highly customer-centric organisation; hospitality, leisure or retail
* A good all-round professional HR track record; specifically focusing on ER, talent, engagement, inclusion and change
* Love embracing a business partnering approach – able to inspire, influence and align colleagues at all levels on a journey of growth and change
Your personality? We're looking for someone positive, optimistic, energised and charismatic – with superb relationship building, partnership working and influencing skills. You’ll also be comfortable in an evolving environment and to be measured on the results you deliver
