We currently have an opportunity for aComplaints Training Coordinatorto join our ComplaintsInvestigation / Product Returns team based in Witney, Oxfordshire.
In this role, you will play a vital part in shaping and developing the technical capability of our Complaints teams. You will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of our trainingprogrammesto ensure our investigators are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to perform at the highest level.You’llalsobe responsible formaintaininga structured training framework that supports operational readiness, technical excellence, and regulatory compliance.
As a Complaints Training Coordinator, you will:
1. Develop andmaintaina structured departmental training schedule to meet evolving business needs andmaintainconsistency across technical investigation training.
2. Coordinate and manage the workload of the training team, ensuringtimelyand effective delivery of training aligned with operational priorities.
3. Design, implement, and continuously improve training processes that support competency development, technicalproficiency, and staff engagement.
4. Establish and manage a competencymonitoringframework, ensuringaccuratetracking, assessment, and documentation of staff capabilities.
5. Lead, enhance, and support the “Train the Trainer”programme, ensuring trainers are equipped withhigh qualitycontent, tools, and guidance.
6. Collaborate with team leads, SMEs, andcross functionalstakeholders toidentifytraining needs and developappropriate contentand delivery methods.
7. Monitor training effectiveness using feedback, performance data, and key metrics to support continuous improvement and strategicdecision making.
8. Ensure all training materials are up to date,standardised, and compliant with regulatory and internal quality requirements.
9. Support onboarding and upskillingprogrammes, enabling smooth transitions and effective knowledge transfer for both new and existing staff.
10. Assistwith capacity planning by forecasting training requirements based on workload, new product introductions, and staffing changes.
11. Identifyand mitigate risks relating to training gaps or inconsistencies and support audit readiness across both Complaints departments.
12. Promote a culture of learning and development, encouraging staff engagement and ownership of their professional growth.
13. Demonstrate a strong understanding ofcomplaintsprocesses to helpidentifyvariables that mayimpactefficiencies.
To be successful, you will be proactive, highlyorganised, and confident in communicating with stakeholders at all levels. You will need:
14. Proven experience supporting or delivering structured trainingprogrammes.
15. Proven experience leading training projectsthrough tocompletion.
16. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
17. Excellentorganisational,problemsolving, andattentiontodetailcapabilities.
18. Good computer skills (MS Office)
19. Secondary level education
20. A passion for continuous learning, development, and improving operational performance.
