Job Overview:
Firesec are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Admin and Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a very key role in maintaining a smooth and efficient office environment by managing day-to-day administrative functions, overseeing duties including but not limited to;
* Co-ordinating with suppliers and allocating invoices to jobs
* Co-ordinating internal and external communications
* Providing support to Management with the Projects we work on as a business.
* This will include receiving tender packs from our customers and updating the company shared drive to put forward our tenders in the best possible position to secure the works.
* The Office Admin/Estimator will be the go-to person for general office operations, employees and suppliers ensuring a productive and positive work atmosphere.
* Must be proactive and able to manage their own workload
