About the role
Do you have a passion for supporting learners who may need a little extra guidance to reach their full potential? Are you someone who values patience, creativity, and the ability to make a meaningful difference every day? If so, this role could be a great fit for you.
We are looking for a Lecturer in Foundation Learning to join our committed and supportive team. In this role, you’ll work with learners who may have additional needs, barriers to learning, or who require a more personalised and structured approach to their education. Your work will focus on building confidence, developing essential skills, and helping learners progress towards further study, employment or independent living.
You’ll design and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs, create supportive learning environments, and work closely with support staff to ensure every learner feels valued, included and able to succeed. Strong communication skills, empathy and adaptability are key, as well as a genuine desire to see learners overcome challenges and grow both academically and personally.
Whether you’re an experienced teacher or someone with relevant industry or support experience looking to move into a teaching role, we will support you with training and professional development to help you thrive.
