The Role
You’ll manage a mix of client accounts, build campaigns from the ground up, and make sure results are delivered. This isn’t a “support the senior” type role, you’ll be trusted to own client relationships and campaigns of your own.
That means:
* Running PPC, SEO, email, and CRO campaigns end-to-end.
* Turning client goals into strategies, then making sure they land.
* Digging into analytics and reporting insights that actually matter.
* Leading meetings and calls with confidence.
* Working closely with designers and developers to bring campaigns to life.
Is This You?
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
* Have 2+ years in digital marketing (agency background helps).
* Know your way around PPC, SEO, Google Analytics, and campaign optimisation.
* Are confident in front of clients and can translate technical work into plain English.
* Like solving problems and taking ownership.
* Can balance working independently with being a team player.
It’s a bonus if you’ve worked in hospitality/e-commerce, run paid social campaigns, or used tools like Data Studio.
