Key Requirements:
CACHE Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent
Experience leading a team in an early years setting
A warm, nurturing approach to supporting babies' development
Role Highlights:
Lead and inspire your baby room team
Plan and deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate activities
Support staff through training and leadership programmes
Work closely with parents to ensure the highest standard of care
