Business Development Representative-Digital Agency-London/Hybrid
DNA Recruit is partnering with a fast-growing, digitally-driven agency that’s on a mission to expand their commercial team.
We’re seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to play a key role in accelerating growth by selling cutting-edge Digital Marketing solutions, including paid media, SEO, PPC, and retainer-based services — to mid and large-sized brands.
What you’ll do:
* Proactively prospect and generate new business leads in the UK market
* Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close
* Build trusted relationships with clients and agency stakeholders at multiple seniority levels
* Collaborate with marketing and account teams to develop tailored solutions
* Meet and exceed ambitious monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
* Proven track record in selling Digital Marketing solutions (paid media, SEO, PPC) and retainers
* Experience working in or selling to Marketing Agencies, Media owners, or Digital Consultancies
* Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers across Marketing, Media, and Brand teams
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Familiarity with CRM and sales prospecting tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)

Salary: £50K base + £50K OTE (uncapped) + accelerators
