Job Description
At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:
* Competitive pay - from £10.65to £11.65per hour. Bank Holiday pay rates -from £21.30 to £23.30 per hour
* Minimum 1 hour calls– with client matching for continuity.
* Full-time/Part Time and Guaranteed hours contract
* Training - full induction programme where we provide award winning training and other opportunities to develop your career further including City & Guild's Dementia Course, End of Life Care, Parkinson's and Diploma ofHealth & Social Care

What you will bring:
Help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes! Responsibilities may include:
* Companionship and wellbeing support
* Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework
* Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments
* Help with washing, dressing or bathing.
Qualifications
We provide comprehensive, paid award winning training to all our Care Professional's however if you do have experience or training that you would like to put into practice, you will find helping seniors is a highly rewarding way to use your skills!
