The successfulapplicant will work under the supervision of the Site Manager. Duties andresponsibilities will be varied, and will include overall site security, safetyand tidiness, assisting with repairs and maintenance, distribution ofdeliveries, and maintaining supplies, consumables and cleanliness in toilets. Youwill usually work under supervision, and will have defined processes andprocedures to follow. We requiresomeone: With previous experience of health and safety procedures and/or supervision of premises. Who is a team player, willing to help with a wide range of duties and activities that fall under the job description. With a basic level of IT skills, as maintaining electronic records is a key part of the job. Physically fit, as the job involves lifting and carrying, and you will be working on your feet for the majority of the day. Handypersonskills such as experience in using a range of tools, and simple painting anddecorating would be an advantage.
