The Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to lead and develop a dedicated care team. This role will focus on creating a positive, supportive environment that promotes dignity, independence and the highest standards of care. The successful candidate will take a pragmatic and balanced approach to leadership, ensuring excellent care delivery while also managing the operational and commercial performance of the home.
