We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our client and lead the charge in promoting our fully funded EV charging solutions across the United Kingdom. As a Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the rapidly evolving EV charging sector. What you will do Market Expansion : - Identify and target potential clients, including businesses, municipalities, and other organizations interested in adopting EV charging solutions. - Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve sales targets. Client Engagement: - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their unique needs and proposing tailored EV charging solutions. - Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations to showcase the benefits of our fully funded EV charging infrastructure. Partnership Development: - Collaborate with industry stakeholders, government agencies, and third-party organizations to explore partnership opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends. - Establish and maintain strategic alliances that enhance our market presence and facilitate the adoption of EV charging solutions. Sales Management: - Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients. - Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture and delivering on revenue targets. Reporting and Analysis: - Generate regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making. - Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and optimize the effectiveness of outreach efforts. What you will have: Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the renewable energy or technology sector. Strong understanding of the EV charging market and familiarity with government incentives and regulations in the UK. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience selling into markets such as Retail, Residential, Workplace, Hotels, Leisure, Fleet, Partnerships, and the Public Sector.
