We are currently working with a luxury furniture distribution in the Attleborough area of Nuneaton.
This is a varied role working within the delivery team.
Duties will include:
Working within the warehouse - loading/unloading vehicles
Quality checking furniture items before they leave the depot
Going out on the road as a drivers mate assisting home deliveries
Acting step up delivery driver (3.5 tonne van) in times of absence (sickness/holiday).
This role includes manual duties, regularly handling 25kg+This is a modern site with great facilities, you will be treated with respect by the management team and all they ask for in in return is reliability, a proactive nature and a real team player.
Other skills required:
Previous customer facing delivery experience beneficial
Friendly individual with excellent communication
Well presented
Confident driver - you will be driving through busy towns and cities.Yes, this is a temporary role initially however if you settle in well and make a positive impact there may be scope to stay and grow.
